Performing Project Stars Shine at BCT

This summer, two of the Performing Project’s brightest stars, Genesis Toledo and Christopher Vega, both rising seniors at Lawrence High, won scholarships to attend Studio Four (a summer session) at Boston Children’s Theatre. Their experience culminated in the performance of Drowsy Chaperone, and YDO turned up in full force to support our students!

Studio Four is an intensive, pre-professional training program for students interested in pursuing a profession in musical theatre. The five-week program included daily classes in acting, dance, and musical theatre led by experienced educators, master classes by professional Broadway actors, and rehearsals for fully staged musical productions, culminating in final performances.
